RETURNS POLICY

Goods which prove unsuitable for use may be returned for refund* please read the following. 

A 10% restocking fee will apply if,

  • The goods were incorrectly ordered and wont fit the motorcycle due to incorrect year range compatibility not due to our listing mistakes.
  • The system”wont fit”. Without sending images of the issue to us prior to sending the system back we cannot provide a full refund. We are here to help you fit the system, to provide a better customer experience we really need to understand if and why something isn’t fitting. Please send detailed images to technical@delkevic.com.au and we will work through the problems.

Before ordering, Please understand what model of bike you have and what system will suit your requirements. You can email sales@delkevic.com.au and we will work with you to understand and guide your decision to provide anticipated satisfaction when you fire your bike  up.

When we wont accept a return –  You may install the items however we cannot accept returns if,

  • The system has been run through with exhaust gas and heat cycle taken place.
  • The system shows scratches/handling marks.
  • The packaging and part number labels are missing.
  • The system has a carbon smell from being run through.
  • or is too loud.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address,contact number and detailed description of why the product needs to be returned . Failure to complete this form may result in a delay in processing your request, please help us to help you. 

Refunds are issued in the tender they were received. Most refunds are issued within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Items are returned with the customer responsible for all shipping charges. Items will only be accepted in new, unused condition. If you have received items that you believe to be incorrect please contact us to resolve the issue. 

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. 

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require in the event of a claim with your carrier. 

Delkevic PTY LTD are not responsible for any labor charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied or ordered) parts. 

Please advise Delkevic PTY LTD of any problems with products or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
