Returns Policy

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange when a return is started within 30 days of receipt. We only accept returns for new, unused product. You may install the items however we cannot accept returns if exhaust has been run through the system.Items that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to you with no refund issued.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address,contact number and detailed description of why the product needs to be returned . Failure to complete this form may result in a delay in processing your request, please help us to help you.

Refunds are issued in the tender they were received. Most refunds are issued within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Items are returned with the customer responsible for all shipping charges. Items will only be accepted in new, unused condition. If you have received items that you believe to be incorrect please contact us to resolve the issue.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Delkevic PTY LTD are not responsible for any labor charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied or ordered) parts.

Please advise Delkevic PTY LTD of any problems with products or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
